		<description>I agree that PM&#039;s are strong resource for the green projects of the present and future.  As an IT PM, I wonder what the transition path is into sustainability.  I&#039;ve been looking at the Smart Grid providers but their PM job descriptions often include non-IT experience (such as in your example job post).  Perhaps networking is the best way to break into the field.  What do you think?  Know any transitioners?</description>
